Depart from Marrakech in your private 4×4 or minivan and cross the High Atlas Mountains through the breathtaking Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Enjoy photo stops along the way before arriving at the Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and Morocco’s most famous ksar.

Continue through Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert,” then visit the Skoura Oasis, surrounded by date palms and centuries-old kasbahs. Pass through the Rose Valley before arriving in the Dades Valley, where you can stay overnight in a hotel of your choice.

Travel along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs toward Tinghir, stopping to explore the impressive Todra Gorge, famous for its towering cliffs. Continue toward Erfoud, the gateway to the desert, known for its fossils and local markets.

Arrive in Merzouga, where you can enjoy an optional camel trek through the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset before spending the night in your selected desert camp or hotel.

After enjoying sunrise over the dunes, begin your journey through the Anti-Atlas Mountains and the scenic Draa Valley, dotted with palm groves and ancient kasbahs. Pass by Nkob and Agdz, known for their authentic Berber atmosphere. Arrive in Ouarzazate by evening for an overnight stay at your chosen riad or guesthouse.

After breakfast, visit the Atlas Film Studios or Taourirt Kasbah before driving back to Aït Ben Haddou for one last stroll through this iconic site. Continue toward Telouet Kasbah, once the residence of the powerful Glaoui family, and return to Marrakech in the evening via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass.
